these are vb hashes. it seems impossible to crack them.
Can any one crack them? |

VB hashes looks like "3eb911b3751e9956c0ad7a318d9ac1f5:`5l" or newer ones "3316f9bd5fcb2c9e5109cb7bf61b5c0d:1fzedS(;Oj-a27q7T-y1*;5o?^#Phq"
we need the salt (the underlined part) |

How do you get these hashes?
maybe you exploit does not give you the salt |

| thru perl using exploit for vb 4.0.2& 4.0.1. it only gives hash not salt or password. |

I tried to crack these with Hashcat with a pre genrated salt file(but you already knows that this is possible) The problem is it is too slow only 20 pw/s
So I used the very smalest ditc I have but with no succes either |

just load the hashes and set it up like this (Hashcat-gui)
choose you dicts
Mode:Straight-Words
Hash: VBulletin
a tick at Saltfile
and use the brute-vbulletin.salt file in hashcat\salts
thats it |

lol you can use exploits but no Hashcracker with gui?
but as I said I already done my best (the best you can do for free and spending your freetime ^^ ) so its up to others to crack these |
