Did you use a rainbow table on it or just a brute force?
I tried the table I have but it's only a 1~7 alphanumerical characters table 
maybe I should generate a larger one, when I have enough space. How long would it take to generate one (1~12 alphanum+special characters) on an AMD Athlon 3800+ with 2.75G of RAM (my config) ? |

Forget about "1~12 alphanum+special characters" rainbow tables! It will be not finished before the Sun is burning out 
And remember - good password's md5 hash is virtually uncrackable! |

i'm gonna try cracking it my self, any suggestions on what i should use?
i'm guessing it's a mix of number and small and capital letters
any suggestions on the best way to approach this?

Also, What Methods do you use to crack MD5 Hashes. I've tried alot of different ways. Not Rainbow tables though. Anyone Got a problem to generate Rainbow Tables? |
