I got access to phpmyadmin.

I can upload files with

SELECT * FROM `upshell` INTO OUTFILE '/home/httpd/html/htdocs/images/up.php';


when i try to upload form to upload shell or include a htttp shell its tell me when i run up.php on the website.

I dont have privilege it say

in the "owned by uid 512" you should find the root user, or scaling the privilegies

root linux user not mysql.

if you can read files then you have many options.

try using mysql to read /etc/passwd ... match passwords with mysql users or other passwords you have gathered.
