How do you decode codelock?

Im trying to figure out how to decode codelock. I tried the application from lostcode but it doesnt seem to work.

This script uses the codelock tracker module. My self decoder can not retrieve the decryption key, because the license is locked to specific URLs.
It is a script from Home-Port.
