Trojans in all sence is illegal. what your thinking of is sort of Remote Controll Apps.. maybe when we get to the new forum but this is a whitehat forum, not a blackhat forum. and for the mean time you can just post it under "Other Software" but only for discussing how to remove trojans or detection / scanning.
