i probably sound sooo stupid...but a guy (admin of some stupid music board) is spamming every day on my board.i ban him and his ip,but he always register with new yahoo mail,and hes probably using different computer in internet clubs...so i want to get into his board (admin panel) powered by phpbb...and to delete some members and posts...please is there any way...hes annoying

talk face to face
and tell him what you dislike bout him.. heheh dont go emotional but punching him on the face or dont trigger his anger else you doom.

Personlly I found confronting the ppl useless they just say "What are you going to do about it". I would redirect their domain, take their email, yahoo, msn, icq names if they had them. Then deface the site leaving some message about the spammer. You could report them to their host for spamming(this does work) and if that doesnt work just DOS(last resort) the site till its suspended by the host.
You could also try the database details exploit to get dbpass, dbusername, dbname and dbhost then just backit up to your computer and crack the pass.
Sounds like they are using proxy servers to spam you.
