No LM available. Is it still crackable?

Um...problem here is I only have the NTLM hash.

NT hash: 39EEA0E44AA222E0F100AE4229AB9994

need some help here...hmmm....

1) Ophcrack free doesn't work.

2) Nor does BF-4 digits from:

ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZabcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz1234567890!@#$%^&*()-=+[]{}<>?\/'";:,.

3) Doesn't seem to be a dictionary word.

4) Many crackers claim "password not found".

EDIT:
-Like the person below me, this is from VISTA. Specifically, HomePremium. NoLMHash is 1, LmCompatibilityLevel is 3.

Will appreciate any help in cracking the following NT hash:
Code:
3f8cf1ab3983249189e64fbc1f2d84e3

I have tried ophcrack 'vista free' table
and project-rainbowcrack 'ntlm_loweralpha-numeric#1-7' table

edit: I've also tried the ntlm loweralpha 1-8 characters
I've started creating the 56 gig rainbow table for 1-9 loweralpha characters but have given up, I estimate it will take me 30 days to complete.
There's probably no guarantee that it will work.

As I am somewhat new to this, I will just post this whole thing and you can take from it what you need. I understand from a little research that this is "PWDUMP format".

David:1000:b5:cc6d975d945b5e8a81004a33fc6a0566xx:::

On the site I used to get this, I have to pay to get it in plain text, and on plain-text.org, I have an error with every format in which I try to enter the hash, so it does not work. You people are humans so hopefully you can make some sense of this.

Also, I don't know whether it is an LM or NTLM, or both, so just do what you can with it, please.

ophcrack vista free failed or crack it

pretty sure it's 6+ chars and alpha numeric
