I need a footer decoding... but I dont want to feel my self a parasite this time  so I am offering one backlink from the my website to the decoders website(have to be a legal website no P0rn, etc.) to appreciate his/her help.

of course you need to edit out the *****SOME RANDOM ADVERTISEMENT***** part because that's what I replaced it with. 
if you also need the random advertisement generation part (which makes the script so big in the end) you can download the long version here.
