For example it would scan all the IDs 1-100 if you told it so. I'm sure if you know how to program you could figure it out unfortunately I am not and can't help sorry. As for poison I would recommend just re downloading OCI.dll and placing it your php folder. I use a webserver so I haven't had this problem.
