As the title states, how to decode PHPCipher?

I downloaded something called Dezenders. It can decode phpcipher.bin, but when I try to decode a php file it always give the message that phpcipher.bin is not found.

Any help?

You will never decode a phpcipher file with a dezender, the file phpcipher.bin can be dezended and then you need to read the code and manually decode it.

If you need help decoding, pm me and it will be done
