struct pointer to another struct

hey guys..
i'm trying to create a prog like mobile contacts with doubly linked lists.. each list would contain the name, a pointer to the next list, a pointer to previous and a pointer to another struct which has the telephone numbers.. my problem is that i don't know how to set the pointer to the other struct's info..
ex.
Code:
typedef struct contact {
int number; /*unique account number*/
char name[20]; /*contains name*/
struct contact *next; /*next is used to navigate through structures.*/
struct contact *prev;
struct contact *mlist; /*this is the pointer to the other struct*/
int count; /*count is used to input comments into array*/
} Contact;

typedef struct info {
char til[20];
} Info;

thats my source.. how can i point *mlist to the other struct..

any help would be appreciated..

not try this with these types of structs (typedef) but works for
