I could write a tiny program that generates your wished wordlist and upload it then. How do you need it?

1. 0, 1, 2, 3 [...]
2. 000000, 000001, 000002, 000003 [...]
3. 0, 00, 000, 0000, 00000, 000000, 1, 01, 001, 0001, 00001, 000001, 2, 02, 002 [...]

OK, Sir! ;-) I will generate your wordlist after school. But you've to wait some hours (11-12). Don't worry, but I'm currently busy, because I must bust some OfB-Clan kiddies from their internet service providers.

You can download the wordlist here: http://rapidshare.de/files/1660395/numbers.rar.html.

Perl owns! :-P

Code:
#!perl

$from = 0;
$to   = 999999;

open(FILE, ">numbers.txt") || die "$!";

for($i = $from; $i <= $to; $i++)
{

  for($n_zeros = length($to)-length($i); $n_zeros > 0; $n_zeros--)
  {

    print FILE "0";

  }

  print FILE "$i\n";

}

close(FILE);

Oh I never thought of looping a perl or php script.......
Thats quite cool just loop numbers on your server all the way to 999999.

(BTW: "PHP owns!')
