I participate to a forum, I'm moderator. Unfortunaltely, we have no news of the administrator. So the forum has many spams ...
We would like to give administrator allows to a moderator. Do you know how to hack a forum ? The version is 2.0.21.
It's very important for our forum. Thank you for your help. |

| phpBB 2.0.21 is beside phpBB3 the newest version. Afaik there is no discovered vulnerability. Otherwise you could try to search for phpBB 2.0.21 vulnerability or exploit or something else. |

| phpBB 3 is a completly recoded major release. So there has nothing to be updated to phpBB at the moment, because phpBB 2.0.21 is iirc the most current build of the phpBB 2 major release, which is the stable release. |

Depending on the used FTP daemon.
If it is a common used FTPd like ProFTPd I would say it's harder. Of course if it is an fixed version.  |
