Let's say I lost my FTP password, if I have the username, what are the ways to find the password? I actually tried to use brutus, but the server blocks my IP for about 15mins after 10 passwords attemps. Also I am trying to get a phpBB forum admin powers, I read a lot about MD5 hash, but I cant find HOW to get those. If anyone can give me anwsers or links to explanation about this would be appreciated.
