No need to write me to PM a answer to you here.

With this exploit http://www.milw0rm.com/exploits/2348 you only change the directory where upload avatars (default is /images/avatar/).With exploit you change this directory and from profile try to upload shell in changed directory.I no test this method.

As my topic states, I am in the final stages of this exploit:

Code:
# In case of phpBB and punBB vulnerability can be exploited by changing
# location of avatar file and uploading avatar file with PHP code in EXIF
# data.

from http://www.milw0rm.com/exploits/2348. I cannot figure out how to add the shell into a jpg's metadata.

Koko I do have admin login and pass. Also the exploit changes the avatar directory from images/avatar/ to images/avatar/shell.php0 (this shows in the admin panel).

It is very simple. You just need AcdSee and some brains Wink So, open your jpeg file with AcdSee, look at right panel with the properties of the picture. Then open EXIF tab and edit Camera Model field. Enjoy! Smile
