There are tricks available in web, i have seen stuff some time ago. Example: make jpg picture with php code within (in EXIF section), so that it is like perfectly OK picture. Then upload it to server and your profile avatar. After that you have locally available file inside webserver with php code chosen by you. Only thing you need now, is LFI - local file inclusion. And phpnuke contains them more than one. And as you are phpnuke admin - disable Sentinel and other antihacking software prior to attack.
