Now visit www.site.com/forumlocation/ajax.php?lol=command ex. command: ls -la <---- Shows all DIR/Files and permissions. If that works its working fine. Wget must be disabled on the server. Try and find other ways to upload a shell. Try DIR. If nothing comes up then you didnt do it correctly. Try ajax_start as well.
