Im trying to crack a pasword made in MD5 hash, and have a 2 digits salt.. I have the HASH and the SALT value, and i have even written my ovn cracker in perl.. As now, i have a intel celeron 1.6 ghz cpu on my laptop.. Now i will try to use the power of multi cpu (ps3), (i have try whit my own perl cracker, but it seems to be 3 times SLOWER on the ps3) I know that JTR dosent do SALTS, nor do RT.. I ones heard af bird tell me that there is another official cracker, there handle the SALT problem, AND can be used on multi cpu' s like intel quad cpu' s.. I have try MDcrack, but dident mangage to get the win program to work smooth on my Linux box.. So, any clue on what offiel crackker there can take hash + salt, AND use power from multi cpu' s?
