I'm fairly new to exploiting and scripting. I recently tried out the Cutenews <= 1.4.5 usernames fetching exploit located here on the forums at http://www.waraxe.us/ftopict-2103.html. Whenever I try and execute the php script I get an error message saying;

C:\PHP>php script.php
Validating target URL
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in C:\PHP\script.php on
line 347

Any suggestions I have no idea what that means or how to interpret it.

I think you need to enable curl in php.ini. Do to this you have uncomment the line extension=php_curl.dll in your php.ini.
