If you want to disallow Google's bots (which go around actually collecting all the information for their searches) you will need to look into robots.txt files. In many website, if you just add on "robots.txt" a la www.website.com/robots.txt you will find a text file with a little bit of cryptic looking code in it, that will tell a search bot to not include any pages from within this or that or any directory. It can be used for hacking even, as some sites elect to use this to hide their administrative directories.

There are robots.txt file generators online, just search for them.
