Ok. I went to victim.com/forum/docs/CHANGELOG.html and the title is "phpBB2.0.x CHANGELOG". It gives a list of all the changes it made and the most recent one is "Changes since 2.0.17". Does that mean it currently running 2.0.17 or 2.0.18?
(This is also give on the victim.com/forum/docs/ page, so it obviously hasn't been updated in a while.)
