Wordlist ideas?

I have been thinking about how to compile some good world lists.

One good idea came to replacing common characters with "leet speak".

Example, taking commonnames.dic

and replacing

A = 4
E = 3
o = 0
i = 1
l = 1
t = 7

This has already cracked some of my previously uncracked passwords.

Any other good ideas?

I figured that doing such a thing would take up a really unnecessary amount of space, so I just (in my prog) create all such permutations on the fly as it runs. I suppose you could do this too, but it was just easier for me to do what I did.

I agree with you. I think I need to learn out to maniupulate Rules.txt for password pro to achieve this desired result.
