Hey,
A real noob here that needs help gaining admin rights in a a phpBB 2.0.11 forum. Now when I say real noob, I seriously mean a noob when it comes to the stuff you guys do.
I've looked on milworm.com at some of the exploits and I have no clue where to start.
If there is a tutorial posted in another thread, someone please post a link. I tried a search but didn't find anything.
BTW, I learned of this site by doing a google search. The first thread I read was this one: http://www.waraxe.us/ftopict-939.html
I need something really simple, like the one posted in this link. The only problem is that it's 4 years old so I am sure that whatever vulnerability this exposed has now been fixed.
My OC is vista, not sure if that matters but just in case.
Thanks,
Trolloc |

Just thought I would add that I am really interested in learning to do this. BUT, if nobody wants to teach me how...
Maybe somebody wants a challenge and rather than explain to me how to do it, would rather just hack it themselves. This is not exactly what I am looking for but I will take it. If this is the case I'll give the forum name, somebody hack it, then give me the username and password. I can do what I need to do and then everyone is happy.
I just need admin rights for a short time. In this case there is someone on this forum pretending to be me (a username that I often use) and causing problems for me. The Moderator is a real jerk and won't help me out.
Thanks
