hash is nothing but random bytes hex encoded.
so you have two choices
1) count how many hex chars that is and take a guess by looking lengths
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_hash_functions
2) better look at the documentation of software you found it or where the hash is made. |

It's new MySql hash (mysql5). Basically it's double-hashed SHA-1 hash.
