Ok, here is my problem - i've decided to construct a cookie with admin's hash in php-nuke not phpbb forum... so i opened a cookie, then decoded the cookie line, and i had put other username and hash, then i encoded it, saved. Then i had opened target site and saw the line "Hi, admin" i was very happy, but not for long because only the name is displayed, but no admin panel no nothing, just Hi admin So what did do wrong, and if everything is ok why is just only the name displayed? |

I don't have enough background information. If you can post details of your cookie editing process, then maybe i can help.
By the way, i am planning to write step-by-step tutorial about this issue and will make available online base64-decoder-encoder and cookie constructor. |

If you have admin's password md5 hash and admin aid, then you can do all the things on site, as admin. Without knowing actual password. |
