I figure it would be easier to go through the secure part of the forums and get the information I need offline without somebody wondering about the new moderator. Install it and That will have all the tools you need. Then get phpbb and copy the files to your www root directory then delete the install and contrib dirs and upload the database through phpmyadmin which comes with Wamp.
