Furthermore to fix the charset issue, try the following: Dump the deZended code within a file named 'decoded_file_txt', create a php file e.g. 'charset.php', paste the following code (below) into the file and run charset.php within your browser, and you should see the fixed/corrected charset (which is Russian).
