mmm not all...

because the DoS happens because it is an excess of
bd connections...

with this you can stop the registration flood, who is the more
critical DoS, because with others DoS events, you can take
a very long time....

but if you put the a-mod security, the dos can be impossible to
stop because the excess of eveluating bad strings send it..
thats the really happens when say:
CGI-limits reached, please try again later!

and if there is malware bot, like mi tool in perl the
site is DoSed....
