First I have to say that both files were corrupt. Never touch the contents of an encoded file. This encoding system adds a comment at the beginning of the files, and you've removed them while uploading it.
Anyway I fixed the files and decoded them. Here they are:

bonbin1.zip

But PLEASE do not touch the contents next time.
