Hey, I was wondering if there is anyway to get a phone number from a IP address.... Or like a name or something.

Because all i get from IP address whois is country city And their internet Provider...

Is there anyway to get a phone number or name through anything?

As far as I know there is no way to get such information from IP addresses. Therefor it would be neccessary to have some contacts at the ISPs looking for the IP address you are searching.

Whois information != address by IP.

Mostly all NICs have the possibility to receive the name and sometimes also the address of a domain owner respectively the server administrator. But a dial-up cannot looked up by this way (actually you can, but you will not receive something useful).
Sometimes you are able to look up and get the region of the dial-in node, but that will not help that much.
