You can always set some web site locally, use passwords that will be easy to crack or the one you have in your wordlist allready setup. You can't really give real world example on TV...i mean you can, but get permission for that Show them cracking of WEP protection, teach them of better one, also tell them to change their router default password. Amazing how a lot of peoples do take time to set router, set wireless key, but nobody really change router password. It's all simple stuff (except SQL injections. but you can give one of those ' or 1=1-- examples).
