The scripts are encoded using a combination of URL encoding and Base64 encoding. Most probably it was PHP lockit software that was used. I have about 30 pages and will pay a max of $30 dollars to have them decoded. Below is a link of samples of the PHP scripts that i wish to have decoded. Please kindly prove that you can do it, by decoding any two of the 3 sample scripts before offering to accept payment for the rest.
