No need to spam same question.....
You need to download php and run that exploit on command line just like in perl. Try to find cookie stealer to get sid

Its bs, that exploit is a fake, im running phpbb 2.0.0 on localhost (duh!) i get my self the sid of the admin account i created and it fails to access what it has to access and

"die's out" "Cannot blahblah wrong sid maybe?"
