how do you get it? use a XSS cookie stealer.

once you get it crack it with a MD5 rainbow table, IE plain-text.info or milw0rm.com

Google and Try John the Ripper http://www.openwall.com/john/, Cain & Abel
http://www.oxid.it/cain.html or http://md5bfcpf.sourceforge.net/ or http://www.securiteam.com/tools/5XP0X0040G.html http://www.securiteam.com/tools/6G0031PEKW.html http://c3rb3r.openwall.net/mdcrack/nsindex2.html to bruteforce the md5 with a good wordlist like http://phreak.org/html/wordlists.shtml or ftp://ftp.openwall.com/pub/wordlists/ or with some rainbowtables like http://www.rainbowcrack-online.com/?x=downloads
or just generate your own rainbow tables if you have a large harddisk http://www.antsight.com/zsl/rainbowcrack/ http://sarcaprj.wayreth.eu.org/

or if you're to lazy check this online md5 hashcheckers out
