Portscanner: http://www.insecure.org/nmap/
Vulnerable Scanner: http://www.nessus.org/
But nessus isn't open source anymore, but they offer you a trial version which is very handy Wink
But there are some more vulnerable scanner which are open source, but no other all-round-scanner like nessus (AFAIK)
perhaps you want to take a look at nikto http://www.cirt.net/code/nikto.shtml

You might also want to look at X-scan from http://www.xfocus.org.
X-Scan is a general scanner for scanning network vulnerabilities for specific IP address scope or stand-alone computer by multi-threading method, plug-ins are supportable. Which X-Scan feature include in the following: service type, remote OS type and version detection, weak user/password pair, and all of the nessus attack scripts combination.
