I tried this php code:

Code:

$in = '2cSL/V9qW8OsncAL+GQrXG3fv9GOMqcW0LDtlfT6z/w=';
$out = base64_decode($in);
$out = bin2hex($out);

echo $out;

and it will spit out this hexencoded hash:

d9c48bfd5f6a5bc3ac9dc00bf8642b5c6ddfbfd18e32a716d0b0ed95f4facffc

64 bytes hexencoded, so 32 bytes binary - 256 bit hash.
It can be SHA-256 or some other 256-bit hash.
