I really get sick of these websites that come with a database of pre-cracked junk. Can someone give a tutorial to crack hashes on my own?

This is a hash I REALLY want to decode

3e7797790e9e7db20134c8d12803f05f

I cant decode it, any help would be GREATLY appreciated. i believe it is MD5
