This topic is not for the 1337 users in this forum .. 
This is my first tutorial in waraxe .. so please bare with me 
Well this tutorial is written for those n00bs (like me) who want to either login the windows of any XP as admin or any other user . (yes this is a windows admin login hack) 
First somhow get the LM hash from the system using - pwdump , insidesam or cain & abel
if ur new to this i suggest cain & abel
to know whats an LM hash (aka LAN MANager hash) go here >>

dload this rainbow table .. its small and compact and also the success chance is also high
XP free small (380MB)
formerly known as SSTIC04-10k
(note this Rainbow table only works for XP and NOT for vista , ther's a seperate raibowtable for vista google search it !! good luck )
Now lets crack the password
1) Download cain from the above link and install it
2) Download the rainbow table from the above site and extract in a safe place
3) Fire up cain go to " Cracker " in the left side panel select " NT and NTLM hashes " and press the " + " then select " import hashes from local system " button as shown in the picture below
4) Now right click on the user account for which u require the password and select -> " Cryptanalysis attack " > " LM hashes " > " via RainbowTables (OphCrack) " then select location of your downloaded LM hash RainbowTables (.RT files) then click on " Start "
~ wait ~ wait ~ wait ~
and VOILA !!
we have the password
