| 2.0.23 is certainly not going to have any vulnerability to gain admin permissions, not with a latest version. phpBB 2.0.23 is quite secure, in fact even 2.0.22 was quite secure. Unless you are willing to use some social engineering then you are unlikely to be able to do much against a 2.0.23 board. |
