You can't. Simple.
Well, you couldn't just download a php file. PHP files are "caught" by Apache and sent to the PHP interpreter which returns HTML.
If you could find an exploit in another piece of software on the server (Local file include) then you might have a chance. |

The only way would be for you to find a vulnerability that you could use to execute commands server-side.
If you did, you could just execute the command:
