Then İ take only user tables and install phpBB2.0.8. and my problems began. First İ haven t give permision any user forr becoming admin. İ have soled it with changeing the admin_ug_auth.php with newer one. And there is a fix.php in phpbb.com for creating new user groubs for earlyer versiyons updets. Make that fix too. All think goes ok after that. But Know I dun give a body permision for moderate two different places. İf give one permisin all ok.But i wana a body modarete 2 difeerent places to moderate. But i solved problem. It happenes because of creating unique in group_id in the phpbb_auth_access table. I remove it and it becomes working good thank u..
