Does anyone know the best way to extract the hash salt email and user id from a .sql database cause at the mo i am having to hand pick stuff out

If you have the actual SQL file, the best way to do this is to import the sql file to phpmyadmin on a local server and then perform an SQL query to get the necessairy columns. You can output that query to a file (see pm I sent you recently). |
