I got a vBulletin DB. but how do i seperate the User, Email, Hash, and Salt from it?

Is there any tool for it?

The easiest way is making a tool that could make a difference between all words divided by a ",". Could be done easily in any program-language.
If there's a tool for it? Dunno.....

you can inport the txt file into ms excel or access and it would automatically sort it out
