Well, I'm trying to use LIKE in a sql injection query in MSSQL but it's not working as expected --'
I'm trying:
FROM table WHERE column LIKE '123%' order by ...

But insted of returning the the records that start with 123, i get records that are 123

The syntax is correct:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa933232(SQL.80).aspx

Server Info:
Version Microsoft SQL Server 2000 - 8.00.2039 (Intel X86)
Standard Edition on Windows NT 5.2 (Build 3790: Service Pack 2)

Any idea ?

Thanks Very Happy

One idea that comes to mind is that maybe, for some reason, your wildcard character (%) is being removed from the query. Try using the hex or ascii equivalents.
