md5... unknown algorithm

I have an md5 but there wasn't a salt in the table... I don't think the hash is plain md5 because i tried 10 of them on md5 lookup websites with no luck.

so maybe the algorithm is something like md5(md5(pass)) or md5(user.pass)... not sure

if anyone can get this for me, i'd greatly appreciate it!
