I know there is a way to view the structure of Dir and file on Server using remview.php scripts .
Who can discrible the detail way of using this script for me ?

Hey

Your title "who can help me use Remview.php to local attack ?"
may seem a little misleading as I doubt you will need to try using this locally.

If I get it right, this script works similar to Webadmin.php

To use it you first need to upload it to a target system.

When you have gained upload permissions and uploaded it.. simply execute it http://target.com/remview.php
and most likely this will allow you to see most the files hosted on that domain/server? and further exploit it.

If you have used msdos look on it as a script to 'dir', like.. show all files/folders in it.

I guess the hard part is having it uploaded.
