ok my question
is Visual Studio .NET program have ability to crack the vbulletin md5 salt hash???????

another question is
can Visual Studio .NET program make the backup salted md5 value hash to cookie value hash??

Visual Studio is for writing programs. I dont believe it has any password encryption/decryption features.
Its made by microsoft which is one reason not to get it.

vBulletin.... not sure but I think the hash system is different to that of other md5 boards.
try www.oxid.it and get cain and abel.
