On these forums I go to...the admin has been power crazy since ..lord knows when... but a few days ago he banned avatars, PM'ing and shortened signatures by a LONG stretch.in the past he's alos banned people for doing things like disagreeing with him.and finally..one of my buds on there went against him..and got banned by his IP.
