How do you open it in the commandline?
"perl exploit.pl" should be used. Do not forget to have perl in your $PATH (alternatively you can start perl from its directory).

You should read my postings.
As I already told you, you should use "perl exploit.pl" in the directory, where the executable of perl is (if you do not have this directory in your $PATH variable).

I try to open with perl.exe and command prompt.
With perl it doesnt do anything, and with cp it opens .pl file in notepad.
C:\perl\bin\exploit.pl > this is the path i write to command prompt and to perl.
