In order to mask your IP/Location while playing a game you would need a fast VPN. However, to use the proxy for the game the game itself would need to be configured with the proxy information so that it connects to the proxy, which then in turn relays data to the gaming server. My guess is the game doesn't allow this. Even if it did it would probably create a considerable delay, which isn't acceptable for many of the games out there.
